Help Save UK’s Charities
The COVID-19 pandemic has meant the cancellation of thousands of charity fundraising events and the loss of billions in fundraising income!
In response, the organisers of the biggest mass-participation sports events across the country have come together to create a new campaign to raise vital funds to help save UK’s charities.
From Sunday 26 April, join the rest of the UK for the 2.6 Challenge as part of the Get Kids Going! team. It's never been more important to come together and show how much you care.
We’d love you to get involved...
The #TwoPointSixChallenge is a fantastic way to raise funds for Get Kids Going! from your bedroom, bathroom, living room, balcony, garden or park... everyone can join in!
All we are asking you to do is come up with an idea around the numbers of 2.6 or 26.

How will my donation or fundraising help Get Kids Going!

We provide them with specially built sports' wheelchairs so they can do: athletics, marathons, tennis, skiing, curling, rugby, sailing, boccia, basketball, snowboarding, table tennis, fencing, shooting, archery, powerlifting and many more sports. Get Kids Going! inspires British disabled youngsters to compete in sporting events, from start to paralympic level, by also giving them sports grants to help with their; training, physiotherapy, sports psychology, travel, competition fees, design and development of sports' equipment etc. With your help many can become world record holders and paralympic champions. Please help us turn their dreams into reality!
What else do I need to know?
There are no rules – apart from the Government guidelines on how to exercise safely at this time.
We want everyone to have fun, enjoy their 2.6 Challenge and donate or fundraise whatever you can to help the many disabled children we have at Get Kids Going! who need a Get Kids Going! sports wheelchair or sports grant so they too can keep active and take part in their chosen sport!
