Jurassic Coast Ultra Challenge
A World Heritage Coastline, the Jurassic Coast Ultra Challenge is a spectacular walk, jog or run through some of the most breathtaking landscapes in Britain.
A start at Corfe Castle, an iconic castle ruin steeped in 1,000 years of history as a royal palace and fortress, the route passes through Swanage and along the beautiful Lulworth Cove, a unique geological land formation.
Then, up hill and down dale to Weymouth, the half way point, passing Durdle Door, a natural limestone arch and probably the most famous stone arch anywhere in the world.
The 100km participants go past Portland Bill, most famous for its red and white lighthouse, along the western end of Chesil Beach towards West Bay’s cliffs. Then on to a celebratory finish in the Dorset town of Bridport where the gripping drama Broadchurch was filmed.
Experience one of the world’s most spectacular landscapes!
