L’Etape Du Tour 2025

The L’Etape du Tour is renowned as one of the most challenging amateur cycling events in the world. Participants ride the exact same route that Tour de France riders will traverse just days later. Get Kids Going! partners with one of the premier tour operators for the L’Etape du Tour. Each year, with their assistance, we offer exceptional travel packages that include official entry to the L’Etape du Tour and accommodations in prime locations. Beyond hotels and event entry, our local team of guides, drivers, and bike mechanics ensures a top-notch experience, featuring guided warm-up rides and exclusive feed stations.

Our team will prepare you for an extraordinary journey through the iconic slopes of the Alps. Highlights include the Côte d’Héry-sur-Ugine, the Col des Saisies, the Col du Pré, the Cormet de Roselend, and a breathtaking finale at La Plagne.

Côte d’Héry-sur-Ugine is located near Ugine, a charming town in the Savoie region of France. Known for its steep gradients and beautiful pastoral landscapes, this region is a testing challenge for cyclists. The ascent offers panoramic views of the surrounding valleys and forests, making it visually spectacular.

Situated between Beaufortain and Val d’Arly in the Savoie region is Col des Saisies, a pass known for its moderate gradients, making it a relatively accessible climb. It features lush alpine meadows, charming villages, and sweeping views of Mont Blanc.

Part of the Beaufortain Massif in the Savoie region is Col du Pré, a climb famous for its picturesque switchbacks, dense forests, and views of Lake Roselend. The steep gradients and narrow roads make it a challenging yet rewarding climb for cyclists.

Cormet de Roselend, Connecting Bourg-Saint-Maurice to Beaufort, is one of the most scenic passes in the Alps, it offers breathtaking views of the turquoise Roselend Lake and surrounding peaks.

To finally La Plagne, a high-altitude destination in the Tarentaise Valley of the French Alps and a fitting end to a supremely challenging cycling event.
